It's not showing my new posts for 3 days now, not updating the number of likes on the posts it is showing, and it's also not showing any mentions even though I had some. My follower count isn't updated either. I contacted support but I won't hear from them until Monday. Anyone know how to fix this?

So I'm running social for a company on both FB and Instagram and we've got business accounts for both.
I've been mailed by Iconosquare stating that "From October 23rd, Iconosquare will be available for verified Instagram Business account users only."
Does this mean we have to try get the "Verified Badges" or no?

As the title says it all, I've searched here but the last post regarding Iconosquare was back 2-3 years ago.
I know they've released a pay version only and was trying to get some opinions or insights for those who used/use it at the moment.
Is it worth it?

I'm not talking bots, but actual tools like feed planners, photo editing, analytics, hashtags, competitors, influencer search etc.
There's a ridiculous amount of service providers now and it would be a total waste of time to sift through them all. Which have been the most helpful for you?
For me, I've always been loyal to UNUM for feed planning, VSCO and Facetune for photo effects/editing, and Iconosquare for analytics (although it's entirely possible that these are considered outdated now.)

I work for a university, and we use Iconosquare heavily to track analytics for Instagram. Per their blog (http://blog.iconosquare.com/announcement-iconosquare-new-version), the announced that 95% of people using can keep using for free. Then there's the 4% that want analytics. That's me and the university.
It's $200 to use this function. What are your thoughts?
Any Iconosquare users here? Any frustrations? Any suggestions of different analytics tracking?

Since the renewal of Iconosquare last month, I cannot use their URL anymore to add any public IG user to my feed. The URLs I already added, are no longer updated.
Websta still works, but I cannot create an RSS feed for every public IG user but some celebrities.
Do you know other alternative URLs to add an RSS feed of any public IG user to readers like Feedly?

Hi folks. Inherited a few social accounts after our digital division got dissolved. They were running 3 separate brand accounts across Later (because client liked the linkin.bio feature), Social Sprout and Iconosquare.
I’d like to use a single platform. Is HootSuite my best bet for scheduled posting and analytics? Or would you suggest a different all-in-one solution?

Without considering your operating system, Android or IOS, simply open your Instagram app, and in the top-right corner of your main feed tap the message icon.

Then, scroll the list of messages in your inbox to see the least recent. Simply tap any message or conversation you want to read. Then scroll your screen to view your old messages. How to See Old Direct Messages on Instagram on PC

Unfortunately, there isn’t any official feature for Instagram direct messaging on the web version. Moreover, this feature is still unavailable on some powerful third-party Instagram management platforms, like Iconosquare. After you have added your IG accounts, hit “Manage Accounts”. Now, there are two features you can use to manage your DMs on Instagram.
With Inbox, you have full access to all your direct messages. Simply scroll your DMs to find your favorite message from who you want. You can also search for their name and then you open up your chat with that person.
After opening your favorite message, simply click on load more to see all of your old messages, even the first one.

Also, if you have a message that you want to send to a large group of your followers, you can automate the process. Simply create your message, choose the people you want to send the message (current followers, new followers, or a custom list of followers), and press “Start”.
